Why a lot of Asian wants to immigrate to America?

In 1878, “15 Passenger Bill”: Congress restricted Chinese immigration by limiting the number of Chinese passengers permitted on any ship coming to the U.S. to 15.  It’s means the end of “freedom immigration for Asian to America.

Why a lot of Asian wants to immigrate to America?

Freedom is the answer that pops into my mind first. America is the country that we can have amount of time and space to think, to meditate, to get inspiration. University is often a gateway to residency, which means that most of Asian American has high education background. So according to the news I saw online, Asian American immigration to Untied State seems like a positive energy to this country.  As the population of Asian American more and more, the work opportunity for Native American must be less than before which means the competitions are stiff. I think it’s a way to encourage Native American to work harder to earn more chance to get a better life. But in the other way, government won’t allow too many Asian to immigrate, they don’t want put too many pressure to their citizens. So the government changes the immigration laws to Asian. They raise the requirement and set several ways to immigrate.

Is their have any difference between male and female about the immigration? Since I study the WGSST, I always have this question about any problem. The answer is Yes!

There is a double standard about the immigration laws. According to the information I search online there was a case that shows difference between male and female about the immigration laws. Associate judge and lawyer both think that there are differences between genders for immigration of Federal Law.   According to Federal Law, singer father born up before 1968, and the time for living in United State must more the 10 years, include 5 years after 14 years old, who satisfy upon conditions, his child could get the chance for immigration. But there is total difference about female single parents. If the single mom lives in United State for 1 year, her child could get the chance for immigration. Upon this information, Maybe Federal think single mom is harder than the single father. I think it’s shows much respect to female nor discrimination this time.
